From time to time we build properties where we have negotiated the long term financing which we can place on a 1-2 year lease with a down payment saving option program.

Underwriters generally focus on the last two years of a person's credit history... Therefore, by working hard on improving your credit score during the term of the lease you may be able to qualify for third party financing under this program.

You will be saving part of the rent as a credit towards the down payment if you are willing and able to purchase one of our homes.
